North Wales’ most magical Christmas Grotto experience is back this year, with some wonderful new additions and the same exciting festive spirit we all know and love.
Venture deep underground aboard our special cable railway, where you’ll be greeted with 3 enchanting chambers. First up is the light maze, where you’ll weave your way to the 2nd chamber, Santa’s Workshop.
Here you’ll see all of the behind-the-scenes magic where Santa creates your Zipmas gift. Then, head through the magically lit tunnels and archway to chamber 3, where Santa will be waiting in his cosy Grotto.
After receiving your gift and Welsh Slate bauble, head back above-ground where the fun continues at the Bauble Decorating station. Come along and meet Father Christmas and his magical reindeers. A fantastic Christmas experience for everyone.
Walk through his 150ft magical grotto, head into the big Christmas barn and meet all the other wonderful farm animals, feed his reindeer and have fun in the popular snow pit plus much more.

Wander through a Christmas world to arrive at Santa’s Grotto! Meet Father Christmas for a charming chat and receive a special gift. A magical experience for the whole family to enjoy, sure to get you in the Christmas spirit.

Snowball Sammy & friends are back in the North pole ready to greet you all again this year! There will be time for fun and games with our playful elf before you each head off to the reindeer stables to mix up some magical reindeer food with Reindeer Ronnie.
Then it’s time to see the big man himself… you will have individual family time with Santa in his cosy living room and one of his elves will capture the perfect festive photo. Santa will gift a storybook exclusive to Frosts Grotto for the whole family to enjoy! Children will be able to choose a toy from our large selection in the Toy Workshop.
Next you’ll enter Mrs Christmas’ Kitchen where the little ones will be able to decorate their very own gingerbread biscuit*. Our team of elves will entertain you and get everyone in the festive mood with lots of singing and dancing!
Your family will leave the experience with a special festive gift for you to all use together on Christmas eve.

Webbs Garden Centre will once again be hosting their Santas Grotto event from November through to Christmas Eve.
Get your snow boots ready and join Snowball Sammy and friends at the North Pole. They’ll be time for some elftastic jokes before you head through to the reindeer stables. There you’ll mix up some strength-boosting reindeer food to help get the reindeer back to their magical best.
Next, it’s on to visit Santa in his cosy living room. The big man is waiting patiently to meet his little helpers and as a thank you, he will present each family with a bespoke jigsaw keepsake of him and his elves. They’ll also be time for a festive photo before you go through to choose a toy from the large selection in the toy workshop…

Enter Christmas in the Crystal Kingdom and make your way through our magical rooms completing the Christmas quest and solving puzzles on the way.
In 2023 your journey will start in our snow covered Enchanted Forest. There may be more than one family in the forest to reduce queuing but the Quest Elf will come and find your family and allocate the appropriate quest to start your journey through the Crystal Kingdom
In 2023 the quests will be age related and you will be asked when you book to select which quest is most appropriate for your child/children

A fabulous festive fifty-minute experience with delights for all the family.
Your journey starts in Santa’s sparkling workshop with the Elves Shiner and Sparkle who will help you colour your own special Christmas light decoration and entertain you with songs, jokes and dancing. When the workshop is full of light and Christmas spirit the Elves will lead you through to the Magical Moss Mine. Keep your eyes open for Percy the Polar Bear he could pop up anywhere. So come on grown-ups grab a lantern and keep up.
In the Magic Moss Mine Rocky the Elf will help you send your secret wish to Santa, and you can make some magic reindeer food for Santa’s reindeer. But look, there’s a mysterious door in the corner, shall we go through and see who’s waiting?
