Pantomimes near me – Nothing says Christmas like a British Pantomime! Every year you see various celebrities take to the stage to be booed and hissed at, with classic phrases such as “He’s Behind You!” and “Oh No It Isn’t” its a sure sign that the festive season is on its way.
With many Pantomimes and Christmas Shows having to be cancelled over the last few years, if you are wanting to go and see a pantomime near me, check out the list below to see where your favourite pantomime is taking place.
Many posts about lists of pantomimes have listed them in counties, but if you’re anything like me I have certain favourites that i’d like to go and see, so i’ve listed them in name order of the pantomime, and i’ve even included a few Christmas Shows for children, and a couple of Christmas Musicals.
Be sure to keep checking back as I update with extra performances I find, most of the ones listed so far are big name theatres with famous people, but i’d like to showcase as many as I can, so if you have a local performance taking place, drop me a line and i’ll add it to the ever expanding list.

A Christmas Carol
A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens tells the story of Ebenezer Scrooge, an old man who transforms his miserly ways after four ghostly visits one Christmas Eve. Scrooge is visited by a series of ghosts, starting with his old business partner, Jacob Marley. The three spirits which follow, the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Christmas Present and Christmas Yet to Come, show Scrooge how his mean behaviour has affected those around him.

Beauty and The Beast Panto
Dreaming of a happier life, the beautiful Belle finds herself transported to a cursed castle and held captive by a hideous beast. To her surprise, the castle is full of magical characters placed under a spell by an evil enchantress.
