There are plenty of beaches to choose from in Marbella, with many of them offering cafes and restaurants directly on the beach, meaning you don’t have to pack up and come back later when you require something to eat, but it does get extremely busy during the height of the season just like any top tourist destination.

Cabopino Beach – Called a little gem, with something for everyone, palm trees, shallow sea walk from a beautiful sandy beach, sun loungers & sun beds for hire, a great eatery called Andy’s Bar, which has loads of seating with menus for all.

More recently the opening of the promenade which allows you to walk from La Cala De Mijas past Mijas Costa and on to Cabopino beach, makes this one not to miss.

Venus-Bajadilla Beach – This beach is located in the centre of the city, easy accessible! Very touristic sandy beach, with lots of space and sunbeds, and tree hut style sun shades. It is also host to a lot of restaurants and cafes around.
